Braytonk's Updated Nether Fortress

This datapack revamps the vanilla Nether Fortress structure in the following ways:

Visually updated bridges and rooms for nicer looking structures
Better interesting passageway and room generation for more interesting exploration
A guaranteed nether wart room in all fortressess

Otherwise, the chest loot, mob spawns, and structure location remain the same, as to make the datapack as vanilla-friendly as possible.

Added new rooms and room builders
Added lava cleanup to terrain carvers. Bridges will no longer be flooded in basalt deltas
Added new fallback pieces for the edges of the structure
Added exterior decor to some pieces
Touched up double room generation and added new stairs

Broken bridge sections will have full columns instead of hanging columns. (this makes floating bridge sections much less common)
Reduced the amount of cracked nether bricks to make the structure appear less noisy
