Strong Arms

Strong Arms is a data pack that removes attack cooldown!
After Minecraft Java update 1.9 (The Combat Update), tools had a cooldown before they could do maximum damage. This is why players play on 1.8 for PvP, but that means they don't get the latest features of the game.
Some players are too used to Bedrock Edition and struggle learning Java PvP.
This pack takes away all those problems and completely removes all attack cooldown!
Too toggle on, type /function strong_arms:on.
Too toggle off, type /function strong_arms:off.
To toggle on/off and only have it affect you, type /trigger strong_arms.
