Adds the ability to craft shelves in the stonecutter using logs or stripped logs.

A simple, vanilla datapack that allows players to create individual (1) shelves from the corresponding log or stripped log in the stonecutter. Includes all vanilla wood types, including both warped and crimson stems, and bamboo.
