Snowy's Easy Trolling

This datapack adds three features that makes trolling much easier and funnier.

There are currently three features:

Renaming a stick to "TNT Wand"(no quotation marks) will allow you to right click and turn the block you are looking at into tnt(alter some bases maybe...?)
Renaming a stick to "Instant Wand" will allow you to right click and make the block you look at explode.
Renaming an anvil(NOT A BROKEN OR CHIPPED ANVIL) to "Anvil Bomb" will allow you to right click and summon a 11(x) * 2(y) * 11(z) area of anvil above you. It won't damage you as an iron block is also set above your head.

Fixed the issue were during multiplayer even when only one player triggered a feature(raycast, anvil) it will happen on all players. Rays/anvils should only shoot out of/summon on the item wielder now.
