Silk touch spawners - Survival

For my server I required some simple spawners that could be picked up in survival, but the existing datapacks lacked any features that allowed for placing the spawners once picked up due to the loss of itemdata when placing objects in Survival.

This datapack circumvents that issue by dropping the spawn egg of the entity that was inside the spawner.

It currently works by getting silk touch on your pickaxe and simply breaking the spawner. I might add a more rare custom enchant for it in the future.
