Rough Start

# ## NOTICE: This pack is fully playable, but development is currently suspended. This is because a new version of it is being worked on called: Far Frozen. It has similar features with the same idea: tough early game survival.

Remember the mystery and struggle of your first days of Minecraft? This pack intends to extend your early gameplay challenge of finding wood.

The world is barren. There are no trees, and fewer animals.

You'll have to survive until you can find an alternate source of wood.

Good Luck. Make the Lorax proud, and restore the world.

Gameplay is intended to be played on Hard with Amplified terrain generation, and have doTraderSpawning and doInsolmnia set to false. Remember to set them on world creation. Or don't if you want an easier experience idc lol.

Notable Changes:

• No Trees at all in the overworld.
• Grass does not drop seeds anymore.
• New Starter Recipes for Stone Tools, Campfire, Fishing Rod, Slabs/Stairs, and More.
• Farmables are only obtainable as loot from chests.
• Common livestock is now an end game goal from End loot.
• Some livestock feed is increased to hay bales.
• Saplings are now an end game goal from End loot.
• Slight tweaks to mob loot tables.
• Bonemeal NERFED. New Fertilizer Recipe. The Composter Now Requires Tier 3 Wood Slabs.

Important Fertilizer Secrets

Combine 4 of each of these Components to make Fertilizer: An Early Farmable Crop, Plant Fiber Source, Any Kind of Fish, and Bone or Whitedye. Crops Include: Glow Berries, Beetroot, Carrot, Potato, Cocoa, Wart, Melon, or Pumpkin. Fibers Include: Grasses, Ferns, Flowers, Cactus, Lilies, Vines, or Moss.

• No Pillager Posts, Woodland Mansions, Shipwrecks, or Ruin Portals.
• No Villages. (Capture a villager zombie)
• Ore Tweaked, no high coal or iron.
• No Alt Stone ores, recipes buffed in turn.
• QoL Turn slabs back into their block form by stacking them

I'm still polishing this pack. There might be some things to change and add, but otherwise it's 90 percent finished.

Every Feature of Vanilla Minecraft is Intended to be Fully Obtainable. You may need to take a different route, but it's all there waiting for you.
