Removes the enchant levels/tiers by making all enchantments have a max level of I, similar to mending.

No Enchantment Tiers

This datapack removes all enchantment tiers/levels above tier I. All enchantments are still in the game, but their higher levels are completely removed.

Here is an example how of an enchanted diamond sword may look in game with the datapack enabled:
