This datapack makes it that 30% of all creepers that is loaded will have there size cut in half.

These are the stats a mini creeper would have

• Explosion Radius: 1
• Scale: 0.65
• movement speed: -0.01
• Follow Range: 8

The future of this datapack, will be of course focused on updating this to as many versions as possible.
