Aims to restore the features of YUNG's Better End Island replaced by Endergetic Expansion (Gateways) and optionally End's Phantasm (Obsidian Platform), while also integrating Endergetic Expansion blocks into the structures, making the whole place aurafarm with purple fire 😎

- Teleport the player out when first setting foot on the obsidian platform and Phantasm is installed, to prevent suffocation

- End's Phantasm support, now replaces the plain obsidian platform with Better End Island's platform
- Adjusted Activation runes so they're deactivated when the center structure is blown up
- After the Ender Dragon is defeated, obsidian below end crystals now turn into crystal holders

- Removed modified pillar .nbts, as they don't do much
- Originally I thought that only the gray concrete would be replaced, but regardless of what block it is, it always turns into bedrock
- Adjusted structure voids on end gateways and the center structure
- As a side effect of the previous patch, spawned gateways now correctly point back to where you came from, instead of the obsidian platform
