A teleportation system using the dialog system added in 1.21.6

A teleportation system using the dialog system added in 25w20a. In the pause menu there is a new button. The Dialog Teleport button.

Requires OP permissions to use since the commands are run by the player using it through the dialog menus.

(the gallery pictures are outdated... I might change them later...)

Decided just to make it one version thingy, don't feel like changing the packformat every MC update.

From now new versions will only come if there is a breaking change. Otherwise, I will just add every new game version here.

Made menu hopping use triggers so there's no confirmation screen
added the supported formats thing so it's one datapack instead of one for each version, oof
