🤔 How does this DataPack work?

It detects when you stay on a Deepslate block and it gives you the Haste 7 effect in order to insta-break the block.

🎨 Do you get the effect when standing on other blocks?

No, when you stay on other blocks, like Tuff, Stone and Cobblestone it does not give you the effect.

📦 What items do I need?

A netherite pickaxe with Efficiency V.
