Compact Honeycomb

This data pack changes the official honeycomb block craft from 4 honeycombs to 9. In return, you can now uncraft honeycomb blocks into regular honeycomb items. This let's you store them more efficiently, which is useful considering the new waxable blocks coming up in 1.21.
