Bountiful Botany Pots

Compatibility patch between Bountiful and Botany Pots.

Adds Botany Pots (with and without hoppers) to the reward pool for all Bountiful decrees, at a low weight.

Also adds a new Kiln decree, where you have a higher chance of getting them. Trade in Sand, Gravel, Dye, or clay, for a selection of flowerpots, concrete, sandstone, glass, dye, brick, terracotta, and Botany Pots.
