Big Globe Compat - Moog's Voyager Structures

This datapack adds all of the structures from Moog's Voyager Structures to the terrain generation for Big Globe.

There are a couple of floating structures that will only generate within a range of 20 blocks above skylands and the max world height. They generate specifically over skylands, so look for them in the ocean biomes.
