Big Globe Compat - Moog's Nether Structures

This datapack adds compatibility between Moog's Nether Structures and Big Globe.

This datapack adds all of the structures from Moog's Nether Structures to the terrain generation for Big Globe.

Some structures may look a bit odd position wise, so I may update this to improve that.
