Improves the vinurl custom disc recipe to be more straightforward

Changes the vinurl disc recipe from 8 colors of wool to one amethyst shard + any creeper disc drop.

(or any disc on the 1.21.1 version, i havent gotten around to updating it for 26.1.2)
