Mineforgian
a datapack of all the little things i've made to make minecraft more fun for me. with the added benefit of making minecraft more adventurous.
features:
- 1 structure with 5 variants (my house)
- loot tables with maps to other POIs, to encourage adventuring to new locations, system is also designed to guide you to rarer POIs
- challenging custom advancements with unique rewards
- a few enchantments i made:
porcelain: protection and thorns, but your armor breaks faster
cool tempered: strong protection in cold biomes, breaks faster in warm biomes
heat tempered: strong protection in hot biomes, breaks faster in cold biomes
glass cannon: do a lot of extra damage to enemies, but your bow breaks really fast
extra xp: while holding an item with this enchant, your xp intake is multiplied
deep efficiency: mine very fast when deep underground
blast: attacking causes explosions, pack blast protection
wither: attacking inflicts a wither effect
bane of enderlings: deal more damage to end mobs
shatter: do extra damage to enemies and inflict slowness effect, but your weapon breaks faster
mending: its mending, but now with more levels!
extra xp, porcelain, and shatter cannot be enchanted with mending
porcelain, shatter, heat/cool tempered, and glass cannon cannot be enchanted with unbreaking, or each other
deep efficiency cant be used with efficiency
i added these caveats to inspire a different enchantment and weaponkeeping style from the obvious one. to maybe finally try that bane of arthropods weapon...

fixed enchantment file locations. added 4 new enchantments (Deep Efficiency, Bane of Enderlings, Cool/Heat Tempered) and 2 new challenges.

update to improve loot tables in ruined houses, clean up the datapack, and make it work with 1.21.11.
for those who have previously found one, a funny story. that written book in the chest titled "m" or some other was for an event i had done for one of the servers i had made for my friends. the coordinates in the book were supposed to lead to a chest with blast or wither in it, but on release those enchantments were obtainable through treasures... so the book is kind of pointless lol.
