This is a very simple datapack that integrates all four elemental paintings into the minecraft:archaeology/trail_ruins_rare loot table. Additionally, you can unearth some more specific pantings in the following archaeologic sites:

Desert Pyramid

Earth
Fire

Desert Well

Earth
Water

Cold Ocean Ruin

Wind

Warm Ocean Ruin
